Carb-Cutter's Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe

These dishes have no simple carb supply that can be stored as excess fats, they also have simple alternatives and proteins that leaves you feel fulfilled without going after bread or pasta.


1 chicken breast
1 tablespoon of low-fats cheddar or feta
2 teaspoon of red pepper or sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup of diced spinach
1 tablespoon of ground wheat germ
1 teaspoon of ground pistachios


Pre-heat your stove to 350°F.
Cut a pocket lengthwise to each chicken breast half.
Fill each pocket with approx. 1/4 cup of sliced baby spinach, red pepper or sliced sun-dried tomatoes, low-fats cheddar (crumbled geta).
For each chicken breast, Combine wheat germ with ground pistachios together in a bowl for every chicken breast.
Cover the chicken breasts using the mixture by properly pressing it into each side.
Put chicken on baking sheet and spray it with some olive oil.
Cook in oven for approx. 20 mins (till the it is cooked and the juices run clear).
Switch the chicken over halfway through.

Steak and Mozzarella Kabobs Recipe


2 oz of beef/skewer
5 smaller mozzarella cubes on different skewer


Use low fat cubed steak (around 1 inch).
Keep mozzarella balls in your freezer before cooking and just grill quickly as mozzarella balls melt fast.
You may also grill the steak on a single one skewer and the balls on a different one.
Grill for around 4 mins on medium high heat with flipping often.
