Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp of protein powder
  • 1 tbsp of ground chia seeds
  • half frozen banana
  • half cup of plain yogurt
  • half cup of frozen blueberries

Directions

In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy.
