The Plan:

  • Rebalance Blood Sugar
  • Remove Fat promoting Toxins
  • Recharge Metablolism

Fast Flush water (5 cups A Day)

3 cups Melon
1 Cup Coconut Water
2 Cups Water

Breakfast

Peanut Butter Oatmeal

1 Packet Plain Oatmeal
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter

Lunch

Low Glycemic Lentil Soup

1 Cup Lentils
3 Cups Chicken Broth
1/2 Onion
! Cup Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Celery
1 Can Low Sodium Lentil Soup

Dinner

Protein Packed Cabbage Salad

2 Cups Cabbage
1 Chicken Breast
1 Oz Pumkin Seeds
1 Orange
3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Snack

Chocolate Tea
