Dry Dull Hair Remedy

Bring back real softness and glow to your hair with the almond oil hair wrap. Almond oil is loaded with magnesium and vitamin E, that helps improve the hair texture. Using a hair brush, spread warm almond oil on your hair, make sure you cover all your hair from roots to tips until is fully saturated, then wrap your hair with a warm towel and leave covered for approx. 50 mins before normal wash.

Joint Inflammation Remedy

A poultice is an old traditional remedy that greatly help reduce joint inflammation. It brings together baking soda and pressure that helps draw out excess fluid. Mix Two cups of baking soda and a sufficient amount of water to prepare a paste, then with a piece of fabric place the mix over the inflamed area and leave it in position for 60 minutes. Do just that every day for approximately 3 to 4 days.

Sore Throat Remedy

You can possibly make an easy syrup for a continuous cough or a sore throat using your kitchen ingredients. Combine 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar, 1/4 tsp of of cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp of honey and 2 tbsps. of water.

Wrinkled or Irregular Skin tone Remedy

Human hormones, exposure to the sun and acne scar tissue can all cause wrinkled or uneven skin tone. Using Gram flour face-mask you can try out fixing those scars or skin imperfections. In Indian cultures, Gram flour is very popular skin remedy, it is produced from ground chickpeas. You can make your face-mask by mixing up 2 tbsps of gram flour, 2 tablespoons of milk and 1/4 tbsp of turmeric. Apply the mix to your face and then leave it on for around 25 mins.

Toothache Remedy

If you’re suffering from a toothache, you can use this well-known home remedy to help you out till you go to your dentist, Place a whole clove inside your mouth, moisturize it and bite down one or two times, this will release a fundamental oil that has been found to have both anti-bacterial properties and also act as a pain killer, that will be in particular very useful incase bacteria started causing the toothache.

Back-Pain Remedy

Pepper mint oil and ice are all proven pain treatments. you can get back pain relief  with a pepper mint-ice massages. Start by freezing a blend of 2 drops of pepper mint oil and a cup of water in a paper cup. Once the ice has hardened, take out the paper cup and let a friend massage your back directly with the frozen mix.

Chapped Lips Remedy

In a bowl, Blend together 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice , 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of honey. Then simply, scrub using a tooth brush the mix on your lips. The lemon will take away years of stains, the honey will hydrate your lips and the sugar will polish away any dead skin cells.
