Dr. Oz’s green drink is also rich in fibers and full of vitamins. It’s easy and fast to prepare, here is the Dr. Oz’s green drink recipe


half cucumber
2 cups of green spinach
1/2 bunch parsley
1/4 head of celery
3 carrots
1/4 orange
1/4 lime
1/4 lemon
1/4 pineapple
1 bunch mint
2 fresh apples


Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve fresh. That makes around 27 oz or 4 servings. Enjoy!
