Dr. Oz’s Drink For Boosting Energy Levels
2 tablespoons of rich and creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons of 100% natural cacao powder
8 oz of vanilla Greek yogurt (with no fats)
1 medium sized fresh banana
Splash of cinnamon
4 to 6 ice-cubes
Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, Greek yogurt and ice cubes into blender and blend at high speed.
Cut the banana, add it to the mixture, and blend again.
Make two cups of your smoothie and its ready for serve.
You can add a splash of cinnamon on top for additional flavor.
