Dr. Oz’s Total Choice Baked Macaroni & Cheese Recipe

Baked Mac and CheeseThis dish is a healthy variation of the traditional mac & cheese dinner. It tastes great, so the whole family will love it, and yet it is low in calories and fat. What’s more, it will enhance your reputation as a culinary master with your family and friends. They won’t believe what you were able to do with mac & cheese by simply modifying the recipe a little.

 Dr. Oz: Baked Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup low fat shredded cheese
  • ¾ cup whole grain penne
  • ½ cup low fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Preparations:

Cook the pasta in a pot on top of the stove until it reaches the desired consistency. add the cheese, spinach, yogurt, garlic powder and pour it all into an oven-safe baking dish. Bake until the cheese forms a crispy layer on top.
