Dr. Oz: Baked Fish and Chips
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg white
- 1 medium-sized potato
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tbsp capers
- Lemon wedges.
Cut the white fish into strips. Dip the strips into the egg white and then coat them with bread crumbs. Peel and slice the potato into desired size chips, sprinkle with olive oil and bake until both sides are nice and crispy.
Place fish strips in oven and let bake 350 degrees until they reach the desired crispiness.
Chop up the capers and mix with the yogurt and parsley until smooth and creamy.
Serve the fish and chips with the sauce and lemon wedges on the side.
