Dr. Oz: Chicken Parmesan & Spaghetti Plate
- 2 oz. whole grain spaghetti
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 4 oz. chicken
Cook chicken at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Use a medium-sized cooking pot to boil the spaghetti on top of the stove. Take the chicken from the oven and cover it with sauce and layers of cheese. Place back in oven and cook until the cheese has melted completely. Place spaghetti on plate, top with chicken, and serve.
