These pepperoni treats make a great game-day meal and the hubby and his friends will love you for it. But, they also make a nice and quick dinner variation when you don’t feel like preparing a traditional family dinner.

Dr Oz: Pepperoni Pita Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole grain pita
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 oz. pepperoni
  • ½ cup tomato sauce

Preparation:

Layer the pita with tomato sauce and top with cheese and pepperoni. Bake at 350 degrees for about 5-10 minutes and you have a delicious, low calorie pizza.
