This dish is designed to get people who don’t usually like leafy green vegetables. Dr. Oz: Spinach Stuffed Chicken
- ½ cup Spinach
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 oz. pine nuts
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 oz. chicken
Combine the olive oil, spinach, pine nuts, cheese and garlic in a small bowl. Using a small knife, make a pocket in the chicken breast to hold the fillings. Place the fillings in the pocket and bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
