Dr Oz: Spicy Thai Chicken
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ cup red bell peppers
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Thai fish sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp peanuts
- ½ cup brown rice noodles
- 3 oz. chicken
Saute the chicken until cooked to your liking. Place the peppers, onions and garlic in a medium-sized saucepan and heat. Add chicken and noodles until warm. Add fish sauce and soy sauce and stir. Add peanuts and serve on top of a bed of noodles.
