This healthy smoothie is much more than just a tasty drink but it can refresh your energy level. For less than 250 calories, this refreshing mix is a great way to begin your day with.
Ingredients (serves 2 persons)
1 medium sized fresh banana
2 tablespoons of rich and creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons of 100 % pure cocoa powder
Splash of cinnamon
8 oz of vanilla flavor Greek non fat yogurt
5 ice cubes
In a blender, add peanut butter, cocoa powder, Greek fat-free yogurt and ice cubes and blend well at high-speed.
Chop the banana, add it to the mixture, and re-blend.
Pour healthy smoothie into 2 cups and serve.
Spread splash of cinnamon at the top for additional flavor.
