The PaloVia Skin Renewing Laser

PaloVia Skin Renewing LaserThe PaloVia Skin Renewing Laser was designed by Palomar Professional medical Technologies, Inc. a leading producer of cosmetic lasers for cosmetic or plastic surgeons.

In the last 2 decades, Palomar has revolutionized laser skin treatment. In the 1990’s, a global team of Palomar laser physicists and well-known cosmetic dermatologists began experimentation with non-ablative fractional laser treatments a whole new technique that kept the outer layer of your skin intact and treated just a little fraction of the skin with each application of light. In 2000, Palomar filed a patent application on its fractional laser technology and after that started selling professional systems to doctors as well as medi-spas.

The PaloVia Skin Laser as seen on Dr. Oz’s how to defy your age, was powered to make laser skin treatment much more convenient and easily affordable, Palomar specialists began adjusting the technology to be used at-home. The challenges were many; miniaturizing the technology, adding user-friendly features, testing in order to ensure it’s suitable for use at home but they succeeded and came on top . After many years of clinical tests and studies, Palomar obtained FDA clearance for the 1st at-home fractional laser medically proven to reduce the look of wrinkles and fine lines around and near the eyes.

In earlier times, laser skin treatments were only obtainable in a doctor’s office. Today, with the PaloVia Skin Renewing Laser, you are able to treat yourself in the privacy and comfort of your own home.

PaloVia Skin Renewing laser review #1

So does it hurt? On low setting, not really. It’s just like a quick rubberband snap. On medium setting, it’s a a bit more intensive, but you’ll probably forget about it by the time the next night rolls around. On high setting, it’s a bit more memorable, where discomfort is concerned. Be sure that you start low and work your way up in order to avoid more redness and swelling than you’re potentially expecting.

I have been using the PaloVia Skin Renewing Laser at-home for 4 weeks and have completed my initial 4 weeks of treatment. My fine lines, specially the ones that spilled on to my cheek, are relaxed quite a bit. When I am not smiling, they’re simply non existent. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the final results

First, I was hesitant to invest $500 on an at-home laser. This is supposed to be the same as Fraxel laser treatments you would get at a medical spa or a skin doctor’s office. I’ve never had Fraxel done. It’s supposed to get rid of wrinkles and fine lines. I’ve used this product for around a month now and really like it. I really feel like it helps plump my skin, builds collagen, and slowly eliminates fine lines. I think that for $500, I got my money’s worth.
