Pregnancy and Baby birth precautionswhen you’re pregnant, it’s important to like and accept your body. By not accepting it, you would bring yourself excessive stress and depression. There is no need to worry about how your body looks, In fact once you’ve your baby it is possible to work on your body and make it look the way it was before you become pregnant.

If you’re a smoker and you discover that you’re pregnant, you are advised to stop smoking as soon as possible and avoid being in a place with other smoking persons. The risks of smoking on your baby is so intensive, it can result in having a premature baby or under weighted baby along with other harmful effects, Trying to quit during your maternity is definitely worth the headaches. The earlier you quit, the better for you and your baby.

It is recommended to track your monthly menstrual period, By doing this you’ll know when you ovulate, thus helps you know the best time to have a baby, this also help when you’re pregnant as you will easily determine a due date for your baby.

When you’re pregnant, it is recommended to take Folic acid during the first 3 months of pregnancy. Folic acid will help build a tough central nervous system for your baby and reduces Neural tube Issues  along with Cleft Palate and Spinal Bifida. Folic acid can be found in green vegetables: peas, you can also take folic acid pills.

If you are having any vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, you should go visit your doctor right away. Although 25% of womens experience vaginal bleeding during their first 3 months (more usual with twin babies), but the fact is vaginal bleeding: (during the first 3 months) can be a sign of ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage, And (during 4-9 months) may be a sign of Abruptio placentae, Placenta previa, Miscarriage, Early labor, Infection of the cervix or any other causes.

If you are driving while you are pregnant and your car has air bags,Try to keep your car seat pushed back as far as possible from your car dashboard, as the closer you’re to the dash, the closer you’re to car airbags. Although Airbags is built for your safety, it can be dangerous for your unborn baby, so inorder to balance these risks simply sit further away from the dash.

If you have the habit for eating alot of junk food and takeaways before pregnancy, you will need to do some serious changes in your food habits to ensure optimum nutrition for you and your baby. Try to Include more fruits and veggies and low fat proteins in your diet.

Stay Active and try some exercising classes which are made specially for pregnant women. Being active during pregnancy is important but it’s also important to make sure you exercise safely. By doing that, you will get all of the benefits of the exercise without doing any problems for your new baby.

While you’re pregnant, try to learn more about pregnancy and how to be prepared for your baby. For example, if you’re planning on breastfeeding your baby, You should first read and learn about it to know exactly how you are going to do it when your baby comes to the world.You can get some advice from your doctor and you can also buy pregnancy books, they can be your guide during your pregnancy period.
