Dr. Oz: How To Prepare Mayonnasie At Home

mayonnaise RecipeChef Rocoo DiSpirito (Author of Now Eat this! Book Series) has the secret to prepare a healthy mayonnaise at home, and with lower amount of calories (fats-free). Rocco DiSpirito’s Mayo is also Gluten-free, and can be prepared in a few minutes.


1 Pack (approx. 18 oz) of Fats- free Greek yogurt
5 packs of powdered Stevia
1 table spoons of salt
3 table spoons of white vinegar
2 table spoons of Dijon mustard
Some Pepper and salt for taste.


Add the Powdered Stevia, white vinegar and Dijon mustard and mix well.Add Greek yogurt, some salt and pepper to give it a taste and stir until well mixed.Your Mayonnaise is now ready to be added to any sandwich or meal. Enjoy
