Total Choice Turkey Chili Recipe:

The following ingredients will be needed for this recipe:

  • 1/2 cup of lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup of kidney beans
  • 1/2 cup of black beans
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 1/2 cup of onions that have been diced
  • 1/2 cup of peppers that have been diced
  • 1/4 cup of corn
  • 1/4 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt


Begin by cooking the ground turkey over a medium flame heat on a stove top in a pan for about 5-10 minutes. Next, add the chili powder, corn, peppers, and onions in the pan and heat until the ingredients are soft, which should take approximately 5 minutes. Then, add in both styles of beans and stir well, cooking until the ingredients meld and become hot. Top the dish with the Greek yogurt. (you can also set aside some raw onion to be sprinkled on top)
