  • 3 cups of Raspberries
  • 3 cups of Blueberries
  • 2 Mangos
  • 1 or 3 cups Pineapple
  • 2 Green Apples
  • 3 Bananas
  • 6 Lemons
  • 2 Limes
  • 6 cups Kale
  • 1 Avocados
  • 3 Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 12 Stalks Celery
  • 2 liters Coconut water
  • 1.5 cups Almod Milk
  • Cayenne Pepper Spice
  • (6 tbsp.) Ground Flaxseed
  • (3 tbsp.) Almond butter
  • 3 Green Tea bags
  • 3 tsp. of Stevia


Omega 3


1 Green Tea
1 Slice Lemon, 1 tsp. Stevia

1 Cup Water
1 tbsp. Flax seed
1 Cup Rasberries
1 Banana
1/4 Cup Spinach
1 Tbsp. Almond Butter
2 Tsp. Lemon




SNACK: repeat favorite drink



2 1/2 cups Epsom Salt and 10 drops Lavender






4 Celery stalks
1 Cucumber
1 Cup Kale Leaves
1/2 Green Apple
1/2 Lime
1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

    Question: If I am above average height and weight, should the amount of each ingredient of the 3 day detox be adjusted, accordingly? I am 6’4″ and about 250lbs (fairly muscular, but could lose a few love handle inches).

      As far as I can determine weight and height aren’t a factor with this cleanse.

    All I know is cranberry juice daily eliminates bladder and any urinary tract infections and is a good cleanser

    This cleanse works works well. I could'nt keep the lunch drink down the first day, so I had the breakfast drink for lunch on day two and three. I still lost 7.4lbs.

    Looks like a good detox and only 3 days! Why did you ask if you couldn't use frozen fruit. Does it say no to?

    I couldn't finish the lunch shake the first day so today the second day I decided to I cut everything in half except the Apple and pineapple and then chilled it for a half hour. And I drank it down with no problem. The colder the better for that shake. I lost a little over a pound the first day. We'll see how many total after tomorrow.

      Thanks for the tip! I will try this tomorrow as I was CHEWING the lunch shake…..then just decided to forgo it! There was NO WAY I could ‘eat’ all of that….

    I would recommend making it ahead of time but not sure that much in advance, so you chill it because this drink is better cold.

    I had a heart attack 2 years ago and died 3 times. God was with me. I also have tursel tunnel in both feet. I can’t take walks. When I walk the pain shoots from my feet all the way up my legs. The most I’ve ever weighed in my life was 165lbs. I’m at 223lbs. now. I tried the Garcinia Cambogia and had no results. I’m 51 years old and have been single for 6 years. I’m so depressed because of the way I look. I need help, not only for the way I want to look but for my health. please help me

    The list of groceries listed above is missing coconut oil. The recipe from lists it. It is indeed needed in the lunch drink.

    I am a 56 yr African American woman who has decided to slow down my aging process as it had begun to speed up due to 70 lbs of weight gain. i figured Id better get on top of my health while it was still not too deteriorated. I don't have high blood pressure, no diabetes, no cholesterol issues to speak of, i just have slight Hypothyroidism and slight Osteoarthritis! Not bad for 56 so my god daughters and decide to get serious about juicing. so went out bought the Magic Bullet and the Nutra Bullets and became committed to juicing at least once a day after a week of careful elimination and detox. Before we started the detox process I felt very sluggish and heavy all of the time. After the week of elimination and juicing i began to immediately feel better, stronger! So I decided to investigate some more combinations of fruits and veggies that would help me feel even stronger or would give me versatility . I was juicing all of the recommended stuff Kale,Collards, Strawberries, Spinach,etc. Until i saw an ad the said "Is Kale Affecting Your Thyroid?" come to find out a lot of raw fruit and veggies slows down the Thyroid function. I just wonder Dr.Oz and all of the other programs on nutrition never mention the possible adverse reaction to even healthy alternative to eating. Im happy I did my own research who knows, had I not, my new healthy life style might have really hurt me more than helped me!
